The NFTs arouse the interest of Meta. Mark Zuckerberg intends to integrate them into his group’s galaxy of applications, including Instagram, with the metaverse in the back of his mind.

NFTs are coming to Instagram soon

Without revealing precisely how NFTs will be integrated into Instagram, Mark Zuckerberg wanted to confirm that these digital assets will be part of the game very soon. “We are working on introducing NFTs to Instagram in the short term,” the Meta boss said very solemnly.

A few weeks ago, Twitter formalized NFTs on its network, and it is therefore without much surprise that Instagram will soon follow suit. An altogether logical decision for il Gruppo Meta, which is working on the development of its metaverse, a 100% digital universe in which NFTs have their place.

Now it remains to be seen how these NFTs will be integrated into Instagram, which could work through the Novi digital wallet. The metaverse could thus have a marketplace, where its users can permanently buy and resell NFTs, which could (among other things) take on the appearance of clothes and other objects to wear on the Meta networks.
